Special Services
All children have been granted a right to free education by passage of Public Law 94-142. They are eligible for these services from birth through age 21.
The Miller School District works to identify and evaluate all district children, under 21, with special education needs. The district wishes to take this opportunity to promote public awareness of the advantages of special or prolonged assistance to such children.
People in the community who are aware of any children who are not being served, or who have questions concerning the law, should contact an administrator, teacher, or call 853-2711 so services can be provided.
